I always answer any questions or inquiries from the Airbnb app. Southern Exposure is located at the end of a street facing south, to walk through the large back yard going south if you were to walk through the woods for about 1/2 mile you would arrive at the mouth of Haskell, this is where the Haskell creek meets the Allegany river.PLEAE NOTE the property past the huge back yard is posted so you actually can’t walk to the river or creek. At the end of the street there is plenty of parking space, also a couple cars will fit in the driveway. Olean is very easy to get around with a car. We call it Southern Exposure due to the fact most of the large picture windows and doors face south bringing abundant light into the living room dining room and kitchen if the blinds are open.
