The space The cottage is both quiet and private, situated approximately one mile from the centre of Barmouth, a traditional seaside town on the North West coast of Wales, with its famous sandy beach, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and seaside attractions. All bed linen and towels are supplied, and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. Comfortable Facilities The bathroom has a large electric shower with a safety-grip handle and shower seat available for guests who wish to use it. Heating is provided according to the weather and will normally be on twice a day. Additional heating hours can be arranged with the owner for an extra charge. Talarfor is totally non-smoking indoors. Please note that there are stone steps into the garden. The approach lane to Talarfor is steep and narrow, but the cottage has free parking directly outside the property, which is a real bonus and makes unloading and loading much easier. Step inside through the welcoming entrance porch and into the comfortable living room, where large sliding patio doors frame superb views and open directly onto your own private patio – a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. The modern bathroom, complete with shower, is conveniently located just off the porch. From the living room, the accommodation flows through to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, creating a sociable space for relaxed meals and evenings together. Beyond the kitchen, a short passage leads to the bedrooms, offering a peaceful and private sleeping area. Although all on one level, there are two internal steps and two external steps. Talarfor comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with two bedrooms offering a cosy and restful retreat after a day exploring the beautiful Barmouth coastline. Bedroom one features a comfortable double bed alongside a single bed, while bedroom two is a charming, cosy room with a single bed – ideal for an additional guest. To make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible, all bed linen and fluffy towels are provided, with the beds freshly made and ready for your arrival. EPC: E Guest access Talarfor is ground floor two steps internally (with handrail) between kitchen and living room/bathroom areas. Wheelchair users will suffer with a lack of space in the bathroom. It may be suitable for those with limited mobility as there is no walking required to enjoy the view from the patio or from inside the property. Other things to note 1. Please do not smoke in the property 2. There are instructions to advise you on the disposal of rubbish/recycling. 3. On departure please strip any beds that have been used and fold the linen 4.
