The space This dog friendly beach side holiday home is one mile from the centre of the traditional seaside town and blue flag beach of Barmouth on the North West coast of Wales. Talarfor is ideally placed for beach or sight-seeing holidays, the perfect setting to relax and unwind for young and old alike. Guests can explore the sandy beach on their doorstep with the dog or visit major attractions of Snowdonia/ Eryri all within easy reach. North Wales is an area of natural beauty and history with castles, the major mountain ranges of Snowdonia and Cader Idris and an impressive coastline, something for everyone! Visit one of the many local attractions such as Portmeirion or Harlech Castle or just relax on the patio, soak up the sea views and listen to the sound of the sea. The bathroom has an electric shower (large) with a safety grip handle and shower seat for you to use if you choose. Depending on the weather the heating will be on twice a day, extra hours can be arranged with the owner but there will be a charge for this. Sometimes accidents happen, however any damage or breakages will be charged for at full replacement costs. The approach lane is steep and narrow but there is free car parking outside your door which is a real bonus. Couples with a dog are welcome. Totally non-smoking inside, this accommodation has stone steps into the garden. The owner is happy to answer any questions you may have. A modern bathroom with shower is also situated off the porch. Your living room leads to a large kitchen with a dining table moving through to a passage with entry to the bedrooms. Though ground floor there are 2 steps inside and 2 steps outside. You are welcome to contact the owner for clarification. Talarfor comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. Bedroom one has a standard double and a single bed. Bedroom two is a small room with a single bed. All linen and towels are supplied and beds are made up ready for you. Talarfor self catering is the ground floor of a stunning Victorian house with an amazing view over the bee friendly garden to the sea. Watch paddleboarders and porpoises from the comfort of Talarfor Barmouth. Guest access Talarfor is ground floor two steps internally (with handrail) between kitchen and living room/bathroom areas. Wheelchair users will suffer with a lack of space in the bathroom. It may be suitable for those with limited mobility as there is no walking required to enjoy the view from the patio or from inside the property. Other things to note 1. Please do not smoke in the property 2. There are instructions to advise you on the disposal of rubbish/recycling. 3.
