The ultimate spacious, 1500 sqft, 2 bedroom suite that feels more like a private listing than a shared space. Not to mention a view of Denver that is unmatched. Only 15 min. to Red Rocks and 20 min. to downtown Denver. An ideal location if you're coming to town for a concert and want to indulge in the Denver scene as well. Your suite includes the entire upstairs with your own private entrance. You'll also have access to amenities that include a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and movies on the beach! The space My home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac bordered by Jefferson County open space. It's very unique location affords visitors a 270 degree view of both Denver and the front range of the Rockies. The parcel is large, at almost 1/2 acre, and you can access mountain bike and hiking trails on Green Mountain right from our backyard. The suite itself is more like a private listing. The space is very large at 1500 sq ft and includes the entire upstairs with your own private entrance. Each bedroom has it's own cable, and wifi. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/lounge area. A great place to get ready for a concert at Red Rocks or just chill for the evening on the couch. There is also the infamous "beach”, a 600 sq ft sandy area with shade provided by 4 Russian Olive trees, complete with a groovy hammock. It's a perfect place to relax during the day or cuddle up by the fire at night. We've even had a couple get married on the beach while they were staying here! You'll also have access to our hot tub for more relaxation as well as a funky tree house for a bit more adventure. If you're wanting to relax while listening to your tunes, we've also got a Bluetooth enabled sound system outdoors. Looking for something unique to entertain you? Check out our large outdoor projection screen. Watch a movie or catch up on your favorite show with our state-of-the-art system. You can even stream live concerts from Red Rocks and dance the night away on the beach by the fire pit! You won’t find a better place to relax and enjoy yourself while also maintaining your privacy. A spacious property close to everything that Colorado offers. Truly a Slice of Heaven. NOTE: Please understand that this is a suite in a private home. I live here and my guests for the most part appreciate having someone on premises for assistance and occasional camaraderie when they wish it. It’s a really great vibe that I’m sure you’ll cherish. One that affords as much privacy or interaction as you wish. OTOH, if you’re looking for a party house this is not the place for you. That’s not to say you can’t have fun. Our guests have all the freedom they want in an environment that is very enjoyable. They just do it responsibly and all is good. Usually very good… : ) NOTE 2: We take every precaution to keep our guests safe. Your suite is professionally cleaned using bleach-based cleaners, the only disinfectant known to eliminate the threat of this virus. If guests decide to avoid any human contact during their stay, rest assured you can come and go from your suite in complete privacy without having to enter shared areas of the house. Additionally, there is a bleach-based cleaner in your suite for additional protection if needed. Your safety and comfort is paramount to us during your stay here and we will continue to take any necessary steps to insure that. Guest access As a guest you will have access to our beautiful and spacious backyard with spectacular views of both mountains and Denver. While you're hanging out in the backyard you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities, including, our "beach", outdoor projection screen, hammock, hot tub, tree house, performance stage, 2 outdoor fire pits, 6 piece dinning set, outdoor bar set, 'the Adirondack chair lounge" and other furniture. We also have lawn games like badminton, bocce ball, corn hole, and croquet. Other things to note The night life in Denver is pretty amazing, especially if you like live music. Lightrail takes you to Union Station, the heart of downtown Denver. From there you can pretty much amuse yourself to no end. Lots and lots and lots of breweries. Golden is only a short 10 minute ride away and is a real joy to explore. The visitor center even provides guests with free bikes to cruise around the idyllic setting that Golden provides. Perhaps the best part is you're only 15 minutes from Red Rocks as well as awesome hiking and mountain biking. Both of which you can do from my backyard. Colorado Ski Country is your best bet for online info, deals, etc. when it comes to skiing stuff. And yes, we're 420 friendly : ).
