The space The house has free wifi, is self check-in, and has laptop-friendly workspaces. There is one 55" TV in the family room that has AppleTV on it. (There is no "cable TV" at the house.). The loft TV is not available. We have really nice neighbors, so no parties or loud noise that would disturb. There is a back deck available for use and a small privacy fenced back yard. Basement is not available for use. This house is best utilized for laid back stays. No partying or parties allowed. Please read the house rules before auto booking. Guest access For 3 or more guests, you have access to the upstairs where the additional 3 bedrooms are. Please Note: With 1-2 people stays, you have access to the main level only (Master is on main and 1.5 baths). This is how we can keep the price so low. Please don't go upstairs. (This is a scout’s honor kind of thing, but of course the cleaners will know if someone’s been upstairs.). (No one will be at the house, during any stay, nor matter how many people have booked.). Last we checked, it was $8/day per adult and $5/child per day. The pool is normally open late May to early September.
