This includes nicotine, vaping, cannabis and any and all forms of chemical and substance abuse. 2) No illegal activity / business to be conducted during the stay. 3) No pets 4) No loud parties/large scale events Your booking confirmation implies your commitment to abide by these pre check-in requirements. Thank you and again we look forward to your arrival! Your Space With unobstructed views of east-side mountains (the "Y") and the golf course clubhouse. The development wraps around the beautiful, Sleepy Ridge Golf Course, complete with a reception center within the Club House -- hosting many of our guest/weddings over the years. Perhaps most notable to the space is the 5 - 10 minute drive to the freeway, BYU, MTC, both LDS Provo Temples; It is 15 minutes to Silicon Slopes, and 25 - 30 minutes to Sundance, Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. A combination door code makes access ready and easy for all guests in your group. We've also received many complimentary reviews noting the appreciated amenities of the home having two separate, fully-stocked kitchens and laundry rooms. The multi-diamond, city Park two blocks away has also been positively noted in feedback. The best way to get around in Utah County is by car, although Utah Transit Authority buses have a main line just blocks away due to the proximity to Utah Valley University. Utah Front Runner commuter train has an Orem stop that is also minutes away from the Sixth Hole. Our home also has a three-car garage, with an added RV pad. We've been able to park up to ten vehicles in the garage/driveway without needing to park in the street - (which, by the way, does not allow for overnight street parking in the neighborhood.)
