While it’s efficient in size, the living area feels open and comfortable. The original wood floors have been refinished, and both the kitchen and bathroom have been thoughtfully updated. The bedroom includes a decorative fireplace that adds to the historic character of the space. A complimentary parking space in the driveway is included for your convenience. Guest access You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. We offer easy self check-in so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule. Other things to note Kindly note that the building holds historical significance. Occasionally, the footsteps of neighbors above may be heard on the wooden floors, and during winter, the radiators may emit some noise when filling and releasing steam. It is close to Forest Ave. so some street noise is to be expected, typical to an urban apartment. Additionally, be aware that in the summer months the air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom. For supplementary cooling, a fan can be found in the unit! Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee so we kindly request that you include them on your guest count. Additionally, we ask that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :) The unit is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. Lastly, we recently replaced the couch, so it is different than the one pictured.
