Guest access Separate, private entrance accessed from either the back parking area or from the front , off the street. Other things to note This apartment is NOT a Short Term Rental...a Minimum of 31 days stay is Only available! The apartment is located on the main street of town, so you are close to all the action that comes with being downtown. That means you may hear the occasional loud vehicle or bus. There are two flights of stairs within the apartment. We ask that you not wear heavy or high heeled shoes or boots inside the apartment, as the pine floors are a soft wood and could be damaged. Please remove all shoes when in the carpeted areas, that being the stairs up to and including the loft bedroom. Definitely No Smoking or Vaping of any substance or tobaccos within the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck. Definitely No Pets. The apartment is located above a store, so you can hear the odd noise, usually happy laughter ! !
