Beautifully renovated apartment in award winning building with spectacular views of Mt Shasta from the kitchen and primary bedroom. Our goal is to provide you with the kind of lodging we look for when we travel; clean, comfortable, centrally located and reasonably priced. The space Originally built in the 1920s, this building has been meticulously restored and received the Mount Shasta Beautification Award. Located a few steps above a dramatic courtyard entry, this home offers modern amenities with historical charm. Original hardware and hardwood floors complement the classic architecture. Comfortable furnishings, oriental carpets, and a wood burning fireplace add a homey touch. There is a flat screen Roku TV. No lag time with 100mbps internet. The kitchen has a four burner stove with oven, a microwave, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, waffle maker (great for paninis), electric wok, rice cooker, electric grill, slow cooker, blender, and apartment size refrigerator. It comes with plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils. We provide enough coffee and tea to get you started. Have your morning coffee on the private terrace in the skylit lobby surrounded by tropical plants. The bathroom has a shower and pedestal sink and is private. One bedroom features a queen bed with great views of Mt Shasta and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single daybed. Along with the fireplace there is an energy efficient 3 zone Heat/AC system with separate controls for bedrooms and living space.
