Gîte in the middle of the Loupiac vineyard

We offer a nice detached house in the heart of the Château Grand Peyruchet property, in the Loupiac appellation. With stunning views of the Garonne Valley, its vineyards and the South Gironde Forest, you will be at the heart of the wine business of a historic family estate. Close to the town of Cadillac (2 km), with its castle and ramparts, you will find all the shops for the comfort of your stay. The space Upon entering, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a living room, a dining room equipped with a pellet stove, and an open kitchen. An additional dining area with a standing table is offered. You will find 3 bedrooms with the name of some of the vintages of the property "L'Apeyro", "Jour de pey" and "Mamie pey son rouge"; as well as a separate bathroom (shower) and toilet. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the price. A garage adjoining the house to store your bikes or other items is also available. Garden furniture is also available. Guest access The house has a large outdoor parking space. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you for a tasting (to be booked in advance) of the wines of the property that you can buy and/or consume during your stay. Upon arrival, it is not necessarily me who will welcome you, but certainly someone from my family (parents or brothers). Housekeeping is an extra, however we count on your respect and good manners to leave the premises in a good condition.
