Stay in the heart of the Loupiac vineyard in a detached house at Château Grand Peyruchet. Wake up facing the vineyards, admire the sunsets over the Garonne valley, and discover a family winery that has been passed down for five generations. Enjoy a tasting of the estate's wines, explore Sud-Gironde, and return to Bordeaux in 35 minutes. Cadillac and its shops are only 2 km away. The space As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a living room, a dining room equipped with a pellet stove, and an open kitchen. An additional dining area with a bar table is available. You will find 3 bedrooms named after some of the property's vintages "L'Apeyro", "Jour de pey" and "Mamie pey son rouge"; as well as a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the price. However, the beds will not be made. A garage attached to the house to store your bikes or other items is also at your disposal. Garden furniture is also available. Guest access The house has a large outdoor parking space. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you for a tasting (to be booked in advance) of the wines of the property that you can buy and/or consume during your stay. Upon arrival, it is not necessarily me who will welcome you, but certainly someone from my family (parents or brothers). Housekeeping is an extra, however we count on your respect and good manners to leave the premises in a good condition.
