The Jefferson Studio - Bright, Comfy & Conscious

A lovely escape, a lovers nest, a peaceful retreat. Come enjoy the cozy surroundings! This upstairs studio is perfectly situated near downtown Eugene and public transportation access. Wonderful walking/biking area and a lovely neighborhood. Open and spacious, private and secure, light and airy. Come rest and relax or spice things up in your personal dream nest. The space We spent so much time carefully selecting the lush and lovely decorations and made sure this space is funcitonal and cozy. The vaulted ceilings and windows around the studio make it feel so open and light. We love this space so much and know you will too! Our bed is a lovely organic mattress with luscious organic sheets and quilts. We often have guests reporting they checked the tags of our bedding because they loved it so much! We provide a sound machine and an air purifier that can be turned up to provide white noise for light sleepers. The space has a heat pump system that controls the heating and cooling and guests can adjust to their specific temperature. We provide organic whole bean breakfast blend coffee for guests with the option for drip and french press. The second bed is a super comfy organic futon with organic bedding as well. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for guest use (please no scented anything!) and we provide ample organic bath towels and bath sheets, hand towels and wash cloths for each stay. We also provide natural soap, shampoos and lotions. Guest access You'll have access to the entire studio and patio with bistro set right outside the studio entrance. Other things to note The studio is off of 16th street behind the main house. Park in the driveway in front of the garage and enter the studio around the right side of the garage. The lovely, organic, queen futon is heavy! We will need to know before you arrive if you will need a second bed so we can have it ready for you!
