The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello. There is a shared garden mainly open planned with your own separate dining and lounging area, which has been made as private as possible with planting and some screening. Guest access The studio is accessed around the side of the main house, there is a gate entry, coded and the studio is at the rear of the main garden. Other things to note For bookings more than a week, there will be additional fee per week for change of bedding and towels £20 No additional appliances such as table top ovens airfryers, heaters or fans are to be bought on to the premises. Small friendly dogs are allowed, if you want to bring yours along, please contact me prior to booking, giving details of breed etc. Please note there is a charge for pets, please ensure pets are added when making your booking. Please note: Welcome pack may vary from pictures, a typical welcome pack comes with croissants / biscuits, mini jams, milk & butter. Wine will only be provided for longer stays.
