Your private room with a secure entrance is part of a shared space, equipped with a kitchen (no stove) and a clean shared bathroom. We have friendly dogs that guard the property & alert us. Convenient street parking is available. We're just 12 minutes from restaurants, nightlife, and a marina. For more details, see "Other details to note." The space This space includes a room with a Full-sized bed, Smart TV, and an In-the-Wall Closet. Everything else outside this room is shared. Guest access Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. If you cancel for any reason there is no refund. Strict refunds policy. You must follow all city and state laws. If you have any complaints about the property, we reserve the right to come into the property and solve the issue. We do not need permission to access the property. Any house rules violated is grounds for immediate removal from property and termination of stay without refund. Any guest that books must follow the terms of the lease and community policy. Other things to note *** Explore our available spaces! We currently offer three unique listings: a Private Studio and two rooms in our spacious Basement Apartment—perfect for various needs. The Basement Apartment includes two rooms: a large room with an in-wall closet, and a medium-sized room with a closet bureau, both sharing a cozy common area. If privacy is a priority, our separate studio on the side of the house offers a completely self-contained, private living space.*** Please Note: There is a long-term tenant residing in the final room of this basement apartment; however, this tenant will not interfere with your stay. House Rules: Please note that I do not accept pets under any circumstances. Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in.
