Newly renovated modern Berkeley Hills home on a quiet residential street with easy access to UC-Berkeley and San Francisco and serene views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the kitchen, living room, and landscaped yard. The space We have a tiered, private, landscaped yard off the kitchen with comfortable seating, two dining tables, a gas grill, propane heaters, lounge chairs, a swing, a trampoline, a ping pong table, and a grassy area—all with views of the SF Bay, San Francisco, Mount Tamalpais, and the Golden Gate Bridge, which you can also see from our living room and kitchen. Three twin beds-- located in two bedrooms-- are loft beds and so most ideal for children > 3 years old, teens, and mobile adults. The fourth bed is a queen located in the third bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a private deck off the master suite with a table and more comfortable seating. We have a smart tv with access to local tv channels (no cable) as well as Hulu and Netflix. We also have a dvd player with a large selection of Pixar, Star Wars, and other children's movies. The master bedroom also has a smart tv with local channels (no cable) and access to Hulu and Netflix. We have a dog and a cat, but we'll board our pets while we're away. We also keep a backyard beehive from which we (and you!) get honey to enjoy.
