We are Sherrie, “the chef” and Claude, “the wine guy”. We are retired food and wine professionals. Our house will sleep 4 comfortably. We offer coffee, tea, snacks as well as a kitchen you can use to fix meals. We have a private lounging area, a fireplace and a great back deck and BBQ. We welcome people from everywhere. Since we have traveled all over the world we welcome people from all over the world. Also, we live and work in the house. We are partially ADA compliant: we have a chair lift for the stairs to the bedrooms and grab bars in critical places, however, we are not wheelchair accessible. You can park in front of our house or in our drive way for free. You can interact with us as much as you are comfortable with because we live and work at home. We live on a cul-de-sac so our neighborhood is relatively quiet. Our house is nestled against the foothills and is close to major highways (such as C470 and I-70) so it is easy to get around. We are also located within 5 miles of the light rail system if you want and 2 blocks from a bus stop if you want to use them. We have parking for up to 3 vehicles. Parking is free. We are within a few minutes of Red Rocks Amphitheater, Bandimere Speedway, Thunder Valley Motocross Park as well as only 35 minutes from Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center. We are 50 minutes from the Denver International Airport. However, if you want to get downtown or to the airport, we are only 10 minutes from the Denver Light Rail System and 100 yards from a bus stop.
