The space Verse End has its own private access via a path at the side of the owners garage. Guest parking for one car is available on the driveway to the front. Verse End has an enclosed private patio area with seating. The front door leads to the very spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner which has French doors to the owners garden and window with views over the wildlife pond and garden beyond. Internally, a door leads from the kitchen to the large lounge with brick fireplace and log burner, with a dog-legged staircase to the bedrooms. A lobby from the lounge gives access to a utility/laundry room and the shower room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with door to the second bedroom with twin beds. The property is installed with full oil-fired central heating. Guest access The property is detached and is wholly for the use of guests. There is an enclosed, private patio area for sole use of guests and they also have access to the owner’s gardens.
