This porch room has plenty of light and looks out to the back yard which has lovely tall trees. A half-bath and kitchen are very near the room which is on the ground floor. This room is for summer occupancy only, May 15-October 15. The space My house is on a quiet street with public transportation one block away. Buddy Attick Lake is nearby for walking or jogging and the Greenbelt Co-op grocery store is 1 mile away. NASA and USDA interns often rent here. I have several other year-long renters who are University of Maryland students, which means the kitchen and 2 bathrooms (full bath with shower on the top floor, half bath on ground floor) are shared with several other people. Guest access There is a key in the lock box which is hanging on the mail box to the right of the front door. I will give you the code on request. Other things to note I have 1 cat, Amber, who does not have access to the common areas of the house (she is sometimes outside though) and I practice my clarinet and occasionally have students in the music room on the ground floor which is next to this room. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
