The hot tub/jacuzzi is NOT heated. Other things to note You cannot have mail or packages sent to this property. If you do so, you will be asked to leave and in violation of the agreement. No smoking of tobacco or drugs inside the studio or on the sky deck due to fire hazard. Smoking of any kind is in the designated area.
