MCC, RIT, Rochester, Letchworth & Stony Brook SP !

Our 2 story home is in a quiet, suburban, residential area, 10 minutes from MCC and RIT. We are also 45 min from Letchworth State Park (Grand Canyon of the east) and 55 min from Stony Brook Park. Niagara Falls is an hour and fifteen minute drive. I have many suggestions for the area. Rochester is a city with a lot to offer. I'm available to make suggestions for whatever activities you like! You can have as much or as little interaction with us as you wish! The space The guest room is bright and sunny. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan and a space heater in case the room is not warm enough for you. The guest room is on the second floor up eight steps with a railing. The bed is a day bed with a pull out twin mattress under the bed. The bathroom is shared. You are also welcome to use the deck and back yard. Guests comment that they find the home to be very homey and they absolutely fall in love with my dog, MoJo. I LOVE hosting airbnb and if time permits I would love to get to know you and perhaps share some of my travel stories. Guest access You can enjoy the deck and back yard as well. When the livingroom is not in use you are welcome to use it to relax. You are welcome to use the microwave to reheat your food and can store some food in the garage refrigerator but please, no major cooking of meals. Just let me know in advance to get the coffee maker out if you want to use it. The deck and yard are available as well. We also have bicycles to enjoy the area for $5/day. During your stay You can have as much or as little interaction with us as you wish. However, because I am proud of our area I would like to learn your goals for your stay so I can help you make the most of your time with suggestions. If your bedroom door is closed we will not disturb you. We will give you our phone numbers in case you have questions when you are out for the day. I do ask that you shoot me a text when you are about an hour from arriving back home so I can insure someone is there to assist you if needed. I should be around most of the time but can always be reached by text when I'm not home. I am VERY outgoing and would love the opportunity to get to know you if time permits. I have many travel stories to share if interested as well! I am available both before, during and after your stay to offer assistance and suggestions to enjoy the area. Other things to note We have dog (a Bichon Freeze) MoJo who has hair, not fur. (We perfer you do not allow the dog in the guest room so please keep your door shut at all times). He is totally lovable and does not bite but may bark at you as you enter the house until you let him smell your feet and the back of your hand. He tends to be cautious around people in hats; it's a glitch in his software! -------You are welcome to use the microwave to reheat your food and can store some food in the garage refrigerator but please, no major cooking of meals. -----This is a smoke free home but you may smoke in the back yard. -----For a $35.00 fee we will pick you up at the Rochester bus or train station or the airport. For a $79 fee we will pick you up at the Buffalo airport. Additional charges will be charged for pick ups or drop offs between 9 pm and 9 am. -----If you want to do a load of laundry, it is $6.00/ load to wash and dry. Guests staying longer than a week get a free load each week. You may rent our bicycles for $5 per day or $25 per week.
