Sweeping Views on Phinney Ridge

Contemporary townhome atop the Ridge boasting glorious views, privacy, giant kitchen, exercise equipment, large guest bath & huge master bed/bath occupying entire top floor. Steps to zoo, restaurants, park, Green Lake, Woodland Park, Ballard. The space This is my home during the week, so there is one bedroom and one closet I keep locked. NOTE: This is a very tall town home, hence the amazing views. There are four stories, so there are stairs! Think European. If stairs are difficult for you, this wouldn't be a good fit. The layout: the first level is my piano and some exercise equipment you are free to use. The second (guest) bedroom and bath are one level 2, the kitchen/dining and half bath are on level 3, and finally the master bedroom suite occupies the entire 4th floor. If you have young kids, they would be 2 floors away if you had them in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is large and well outfitted to cook in! For coffee I have a Keurig and a French Press with a bean grinder. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/soap and lots of clean, fluffy towels. There are two bedrooms for your use - each with their own bathroom. I also have a newly added (and comfy) pull out full sized couch on the main floor (with a half bath). There is also an air mattress, single cot and a non-pull out couch, all with their own sheets for overflow. This could sleep six but it would be tight. I beg that if you are a group of friends coming to Seattle to party hard that you please oh please do not book this home - it's not a party pad. Thank you for your consideration! Guest access Everything is open to guests except for my garage, a third bedroom (my office), one cupboard where I keep my food and a closet in the master bathroom. Other things to note Please note: There was a long time ago a fastidious kitty here in the past, but he hasn't been to the home in a while. If you are highly allergic, this space may not work for you. I keep my home extremely clean, and while I don't expect you to clean up after yourselves, please be kind and treat my home like a respectful guest would. If you spill juice all over my floors or splatter food all over the stove, please be kind and clean that up. My cleaning crew do not do dishes - please do your own dishes and/or put them into the dishwasher and start it. AirBnB is not a hotel, it is the sharing of a home; please be kind and remember that you are a welcome guest in my home and that I'm sharing it with you, but this is not a hotel.
