Cozy apartment with Moselle view

This modern furnished apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home on the outskirts of Reil, a picturesque wine village in the heart of Middle Moselle. The apartment is ideally located, directly on the Mosel Höhenweg, for extended hiking and cycling tours… breathtaking views included. The space The approximately 45 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The stated overnight price is for two people; we charge €15 per night for each additional person. The apartment is a modern, lovingly furnished basement apartment. This keeps it pleasantly cool even on warm summer days. The separate bedroom is deliberately kept a little darker and thus guarantees restful nights. The living and dining room, on the other hand, is flooded with light and cheerfully designed thanks to the two floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the garden. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (1.40 × 2.00 m), so that up to four people can stay comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Entertainment is provided by smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, a cozy seating area awaits you in the garden – the ideal place to end the day in a relaxed manner. A wallbox is also available for guests with electric cars to charge. Please let us know when booking if you would like to use it. On request, we are happy to provide a travel cot, high chair and toys for our little guests free of charge. A barbecue can also be provided. We charge a provision and cleaning fee of €10 for this. Guest access Access to the apartment is through our terrace. From there, a staircase leads into the garden to the separate entrance of the apartment, which is located in the basement of our hillside house. Please note that the stairs can be slippery when wet. We therefore ask you to be appropriately careful when entering and leaving the accommodation. Other things to note Since 03/01/2024, we are obliged to collect a guest fee from our guests for the associated municipality and the municipality of Reil.
This is €1.50 for each guest per night.
