The Cottage on Kingsley

Welcome to the Cottage on Kingsley! Our home is located on Lebanon Reservoir, originally known as Kingsley Brook Reservoir. We are located less than 5 miles from town and Colgate University. From a patio that has stunning views, to our dock, we have everything you need for a great Lake Cottage stay! We bought this house back in 2020 as a renovation, doing work on the interior and exterior of the home and we appreciate you staying with us while we do so. The space Upon arrival you are going to come around back to access the mudroom, the padlock will be on this door. Once you enter the mudroon you will go straight up 2 steps and enter the foyer. Directly to your right will be the guest bedroom and there are another 2 steps down to enter there. Directly in front will be the entrance to the primary bedroom, down the hall to your left is our Den. Down the hall to your right is the laundry room that leads downstairs to the kitchen/dining room area. Down here is where you will also find the full bathroom. Out from the dining is a sliding glass door that leads to the patio and the beautiful lake view! Guest access Careful coming up the driveway, there is a ditch that lines the right side of the driveway at the top. Other things to note The Deck is currently not available for guest use. We are hoping to turn this into another patio guests can enjoy this coming summer! Also the driveway tends to wash out during thunderstorms, so be careful of ruts coming up.
