Gorgeous, New West University Home - Super Bowl

The perfect location for the Super Bowl! We are located approx. 3.5 miles from NRG Stadium. Along with two lovely guest rooms, each with their own private bath, guests have their own private den - the entire third floor of the house. A lot of privacy! Guests also have access to a full office and washer & dryer. You’ll love this gorgeous tree-filled neighborhood, the great restaurants in Montrose and River Oaks, & amazing shopping in the Galleria, River Oaks District, and Rice Village. The space Guests will have two guest bedrooms, two private baths, and a full den to themselves. This includes the entire third story of the house. These rooms have hard wood floors and gorgeous finishes. Each bedroom has its own thermostat and ceiling fan. The den has cable television including premium channels such as HBO. We have wireless internet throughout the house. We will also provide breakfast, coffee, and snacks for guests. Guest access Guests also have access to the house's amenities, including full washer and dryer, office space with desk and printer, kitchen, fireplace, and the backyard.
