Welcome to Sunrise cottage, a single level, bright and spacious cottage, 2nd row from the lake with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms in the quaint village of Point Clark. A perfect spot to relax and unwind with all the comforts of home but the feel of a cozy cottage getaway. Sunrise Cottage is 80 steps away (yes.. we counted) from a public beach access which leads to the sandy shores of Lake Huron, where you can witness breathtaking sunsets or just enjoy a day at the beach. The space Guests have access to the entire cottage which consists of spacious living room with fire place, 32" television, Roku with Amazon Prime, DVD player with movies for adults and kids and a good selection of books and board games for rainy days. Sunroom opens up to stamped concrete patio with gazebo and outdoor dining set, great for relaxing and entertaining and there is a propane barbecue for outdoor cooking. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with twin over double bunk bed. Both master bedroom and second bedroom have ceiling fans. Main 4 pc bathroom with shower and tub + additional 2 pc bathroom with comfort height toilet and grab bar. Towels, bedding and pillows are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Bright and spacious open concept kitchen with skylight and breakfast bar, and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge with icemaker and large dining table. Washer, dryer and cleaning supplies are located in the laundry room. You will find adult bicycles, a corn toss game, tennis and badminton rackets, and beach supplies for guests to use in the attached garage. Tennis courts are located at the end of the Sunrise Ave and there is a badminton net set up in the back yard. The spacious back yard is great for playing games and there is a fire pit with ample chairs for campfires at night. The driveway has parking for 2-3 vehicles.
