Vacation on the Schwentine Preetz - Himmelszimmer

My place is on Lake Kirchsee, surrounded by green and yet in the city center of Preetz. The large skylights offer a great view of the lake. You'll love my place because of the light and the coziness of a large roof room. In addition, it is very centrally located on a street, so everything is quickly accessible. Relaxing, hiking, paddling, cycling, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, strolling in Preetz and Kiel is possible here. The space We offer a cozy and relaxing stay in Preetz directly on the Kirchsee. The property is accessed through the main entrance and is located on the 2nd floor of the host. The light-filled living-bedroom (36 sqm floor area) offers a fantastic view into the well-kept garden as well as the Schwentine. It is lovingly equipped with 3 single beds (90 cm*200cm) and can be additionally equipped with a cot (free of charge). The cozy reading nook invites you to relax. On the 1st floor is the bathroom, which is also used by the host. Please only book if the shared use of the bathroom is ok for you! Also on the 1st floor there is the possibility to make tea and coffee, to cool the food and here the dishes are provided. The proximity to the city and the combination with nature make the stay a relaxing experience. Hiking, swimming, horseback riding, cycling, paddling, fishing (fishing card available in the city) is quickly feasible, just walk out of the garden gate... Guest access In the 1000 sqm garden, guests can relax together with the hosts. Hammocks, sun loungers and seating are available. The property is located, separated only by a hiking trail, on the Kirchsee, an extension of the Schwentine. This means pure paddling pleasure. Private boats can be stored in the garden during the visit. The canoe rental is just 800 metres away. Barbecue can also be arranged.
