A spacious and warm house, a landscaped garden, a sunny terrace The space THE HOUSE A very warm and tastefully decorated house. Behind the front door, you will discover a very bright 50 m² living/dining room with direct access to the terrace: French doors and windows to the south, east, west and north allow you to enjoy the vegetation. At the entrance level • A 40 m² master suite overlooking the terrace - king size bed 1.80 m – spacious storage with a private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, bathtub (with garden view) and toilet. The gardener comes by once a week to maintain it. During the winter season, you can enjoy tangerines, grapefruits, oranges and lemons. In spring and summer you can admire the many varieties of flowers and taste good almonds, delicious yellow plums, and a wonderful Chasselas grape. To relax and swim, come and enjoy the 10 m * 4 m swimming pool with a 60 m² beach (with alarm). The pool attendant comes twice a week for perfect cleanliness and hygiene. A summer kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle will be a plus for your lazy afternoons. In the evening, you can enjoy the mood lighting of the garden which gives the whole an atmosphere of zenitude. THE TERRACE From the terrace of the house (100 m²), the view is magical on the hills of the Esterel. You can watch beautiful sunsets. The environment is quiet. You can have your lunches and aperitifs with family or friends, in the sun or in the shade. Very comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax or read. The house and landscaped garden face south, that is, sun all day. No one will disturb your privacy. The entire villa, garden and pool are exclusively at your disposal. Guest access To get around the neighborhood: a bus nearby (200 m) to get to Cannes or Mougins village If you love walking, you can stroll through the alleys of the neighborhood.
