Enjoy a quiet comfortable room in a home that is centrally located in Lincoln, just 5 minutes from Thunder Valley Casino and Resort and 30 minutes from Sacramento. The private bedroom and private bath are on the second story of our 3,000 sq ft home. The bedroom has a California King Bed, TV with Roku, and wireless internet. We have both dogs and cats in the home. If you are allergic to cats this house is not be the right choice for you. The space The house is in a quiet home at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large backyard. Upstairs has the bedroom, bathroom, optional living area, and laundry room, as well as the master bedroom where the residents live. The bed and bath are on the far side of the second story away from the Master Bedroom and is very private. There is also a second living space with sectional couch and TV you are welcome to lounge in if desired. There are 2 dogs and 2 loving cats. We are both active and work so the house is generally quiet. Guest access There is a small fridge and keurig in the room for your convenience. During your stay Only two residents in a 4 bedroom home. We can be available but generally keep to ourselves. Other things to note 2 dogs and 2 cats, all very sweet and friendly.
