Many attractions in a few km. 10 min. to beautiful, long and empty Na-Jomtien beach. The space Perfect located at the quiet und relaxed part of Jomtien Beach, out of the city chaos, but in 10-15 minutes you can reach everything: the center, walking street, shopping malls, an outlet mall, various markets, the pier to the island, tourist attractions (Floating Market, Tiger Park, Mimosa City, Elephant Village, Underwater World, Water Park, Colosseum theater, Nong Nooch Garden), - and the beautiful, clean and empty beach of Na-Jomtien (3km south, 4km on the road), where you can make long undisturbed beach walks and find lonely private shady places as well as some cosy beach restaurants, or learn kite surfing. I offer a perfect little retreat at the not crowded section of Jomtien Beach, away from the chaos and madness of pattaya city, but which you can reach easily in 15 minutes on motorbike or 20 on public taxi. On the main taxi route, so just hop on, go as far as you like, hop off and pay 10.- THB,- no discussion, no cheating no arguments with taxi drivers!!!! On the last floor, so no noise from above or neighbours. You even can live with open door because behind this room there are only 4 more seldom used ones, so nearly nobody is passing your door. Also at swimming pool there are usually only a few person, because many of our apartments are only used for weekends or holidays. It takes 8 minutes by public taxi to popular Jomtien Night Market with food, shopping and cosy cheao cocktail bars, back you could walk in 40 minutes under palmtrees along the beach,- the perfect holiday feeling!!! (24-h minimarts for your supply with drinks on the way home you find at every corner.....) Other things to note Please only realy attentive and reliable person who take care very good for my apartment. It´s not so easy here to offer and hold a good and international standard and to get things repaired properly. All the house is very quiet and relaxed, there is only one bigger road around there, passing the backside of the building, that is to hear even on the 15. floor balcony, but not disturbing in the apartment.
