Fully private studio with private entrance, self check-in. Enjoy an experience at the heart of Kettering, walking distance to EVERYTHING; shopping centers, groceries, restaurant, pavilion, Trent arena, central park, school, and even government offices. You’ll definitely enjoy staying with us at our downstairs private studio with remodeled Everything. Note: Due to parking limitations, we cannot accommodate guests with oversized vehicle(s) like very large pickup trucks, Semi trailer tractors The space In this basement studio you have dining, living, and bedroom all in one. You’ll have your remodeled and modern private bathroom. Your small kitchenette is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, rice cooker and basics utensils. No stove is available. No washer or dryer use. The studio’s central climate control adjusted as part of the whole house upstairs. Extra space heater can be provided (but this has never been the case) There are three beds: one is a queen bed, one is a sofa bed and one is a couch. Other things to note - The shower cold and hot are reversed. ‘C’ is hot and ‘H’ is cold. - Please be mindful of the noise level at nights especially after 10:00 PM. - Washer and dryers use are NOT offered.
