Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets. The space This is a totally separate living space, but there is another room in the building which we use for ourselves. This room is mainly used for storing supplies and doing laundry. We have insulated the walls between the two spaces to make the living space very private. The guesthouse has a keypad which will allow for flexible check in times. The code is changed frequently for your safety and messaged to our guests the day they are to arrive. We live in a rural area, but we do want you to know that interstate traffic can be heard when you are outside. We have new windows which block the noise from the interstate. Guest access Guests will have full access to the guesthouse apartment. Other things to note We ask you to let us know who will be staying at the guesthouse with you.
