Experience Mt. Bachelor, Bend, and enjoy the sunny winter here! The space Our house is on a quiet loop in the heart of Sunriver. It's great for families with children. Ride bikes and explore miles of paved trails or stay on the loop within view of the house. We are a short walk to Sunriver Village where you will find shopping, breweries, grocery, ice skating and a variety of seasonal and holiday events. We are near Sage Spring Spa and the Sunriver Lodge. It's an ideal location. We offer 4 adult bikes for use during your stay. We also have 6 unlimited use and free SHARC water resort passes for you. This comfortable and updated house is equipped with everything you will need including kitchen items, portable crib, high chair, ipod dock, games, books, hot tub, and cable! We have new carpet, flooring, blinds, new pull out couch with luxurious memory foam mattress, lovesac and BBQ grill. We also have a full size washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the covered parking attached. Your personalized key code is sent via email a week or two prior to arrival. We like to offer late check out whenever possible. Regular check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Other things to note 8% lodging tax is already included in the nightly rate.
