Description

Small water access cabin on a Muskoka lake for great swimming, sunsets and views. Perfect for those looking for an a affordable, natural getaway on a quiet beautiful lake. The space The small cabin is perfect for luxury indoor camping. Complete privacy in insured, water access only, and no neighbors in sight or close by with over 500' of shoreline.  The kitchen is equipped with all the necessitates for cooking and eating for four. The kitchen features a dual sink and on demand cold water tap. The new for 2021 fridge freezer will have lots of space for your food and drinks.   A dual propane cook top is inside, while the propane barbecue is outside. The cabin is solar powered with good switched lighting and phone charging (12v/USB only - not 110v).  The loft has a double bed, and room for a single beside, the second double mattress can be pulled downstairs for additional sleeping space as required.  The cabin has a walk out to a covered post and beam screen room for additional seating and eating space.  A short walk away is the outhouse facility. An outdoor cedar enclosure is behind the cabin for private powered showers with propane powered heated water. Swimming and diving are deep water, with a natural rock ramp to get back for the next dive. The lake is mostly park reserve, 5.5km long. The cabin comes with one kayak, a canoe and 14' aluminum boat with 5hp gas motor. While the off grid small water access cabin rental experience is not for all, it will be very well enjoyed for those looking for an a affordable, natural getaway on a quiet beautiful lake.  Pricing is affordable, a great alternative to crowded camping with no privacy and you don't have to bring the kitchen sink. Guest access The cabin is water access, about 300-400m across from Bigwind Lake Road, east of Bracebridge, off Hwy 118. The road access is on the south side of the lake, while the cabin is on the north side. I will try to welcome you and ensure you stay starts off well. Best check bing.ca - click maps, search Bigwind Lake, Bracebridge. The Launch is just past Seven Dwarfs Road, on the right, just beside the outlet. The property is across the lake, look for the two bays across, in the right bay zoom in, birds eye view, and you will see my dock beside the shore. From the launch dock look north to the wall rock face. See if Seven Dwarfs Road is in your GPS to get you withing feet of the landing.
