You can freely enjoy: 🌿 Green areas and gardens around the property 🌄 Internal trails and natural spaces for walking and birdwatching 🏡 Common areas of the accommodation (living room, hallways, terraces and dining room) 🍳 Spaces where breakfast is served The farm retains its rural essence, so some areas of agricultural work or family use are not enabled for guests, always seeking to maintain security and order. If you'd like to explore any additional spaces or have a specific experience on the property, we'll be happy to guide you. We want you to feel at home, with freedom and comfort, surrounded by nature. 🌿 Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RATE The property will be for the exclusive use of your group, so you will not share the spaces with other bookings. However, Ximena and Andrés, your hosts, live in an adjoining house on the property and will be available throughout your stay for any help, recommendations, or needs you may have. In addition, each morning we will have the pleasure of preparing and serving breakfast, which is included in the reservation. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. The base rate includes up to 5 people; from the sixth guest, Airbnb automatically adds a charge per person at the time of booking. To get the correct price, it's important to enter the actual number of guests and the dates of the stay from the start, as the platform automatically calculates the final price. If the number of guests changes after booking, the reservation must be updated on Airbnb before check-in.
