Lanta Sky villa is in a quiet zone WITH private pool and 5 minuts walk to the Klong Khong beach.Close to Restaurant and shops. Both bedrooms have an ensuite and large terrace along the front. Suitable for family or group of friends The space Sky pool villa is located in Klong Kong beach away from the busy road in a quiet zone 250m to beach and even closer to shops and restaurants. This modern villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with an ensuite and separate dressing room each.Living room contains breakfast bar,tv dinning table with separate kitchen with cooking and laundry facilities. The front door leads out to huge terrace with outdoor lounge and dining table. From the terrace you can watch the kids enjoy the salt water swimming pool or if you prefer there are 2 sun beds with a huge umbrella or you can chose our day bed all set in a beautiful tropical garden. An outdoor bamboo shower is also provided. Your privacy and security has been considered with the property surrounded by bamboo fence.The villa also has a backyard fenced with bamboo. Guest access All spaces are availed to guest except for small storage shed in backyard. Other things to note Transfer. Koh Lanta is located approximately 70Km from Krabi airport including one car ferry crossing we recommend private air conditioned minivan which we can arrange ,this can eliminate any concerns on where we are,please inform us if you require baby seat for small children,public services are available but waiting times can be long and not so reliable making along journey even more tiresome. Arrival. Upon arrival and handing over the keys we provide a welcome drink and a bowl of fruit you will also be provided with a small breakfast pack including some milk,coffee,bread,butter cereal etc in order to take any worries you may on where to find such things in unfamiliar surroundings. We will also provide you with information on where to hire cars,motorcycles,transfers etc. Electricity meters will also be read on arrival and charged at 8 baht per unit on checkout in cash. This encourages our guests to use as much or as little air con as possible. Follow up service.
