Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Only 30 min drive from Brasov, this villa gives you a feeling of home away from home. Maierus villa offers jaw-dropping views and a wonderfully comfortable base from which to explore the areas of Sighisoara and Brasov. Inside the modern comforts come together to create a charming and practical space with a modern kitchen and heated flooring. Guests must provide id’s with photo upon arrival as required by local authorities. The space Downstairs you can find living area, dinning area with an open kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is a walk in pantry with a freezer. Next to the staircase there is a half bath. From the dinning area there is a door to the terrace where the outdoor sitting is with a gas bbq. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds each and 2 full bathrooms with shower and spa bathtub. In the hallway upstairs you can find a small desk which can be used for working purposes. Pool is heated but the season is usually from June to September, due to the weather we cover the pool end of September. (Please bare in mind this is a mountain area, therfore the weather is more cold then other places in the country) Guest access Guests have access on all property, the only places we request them not to go inside is the boiler room where the central heating is and the pool room, in order to avoid any safety concerning matters. If they have concerns regarding this they can contact the housekeeper. Other things to note Smoking is permitted outdoors only and inside the garage, please request ashtrays in case there aren't outside on the tables, guest must not throw cigarettes on the ground or garden. Guests are not permitted to move any furniture or equipment without prior consent. In the event of such permission being granted, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the same to its original position before checkout. Under no circumstances must any furnishings for use inside the property, be moved outside. You are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents and grounds in the same state and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The person whose name is on the booking form is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all members of the party. As it is mandatory by the Ministry of Tourism, all guest must provide photo id’s before their arrival, these can be sent by airbnb message or printed copies when they arrive at the villa. On the day of your departure, please ensure all doors and windows are closed/locked securely and all lights must be switched off. We kindly ask you to remove all the rubbish from the property, don't leave any food lying around and leave the villa in an orderly condition, if not there will be a charge of €150.00. In the event the property keys are lost the charge for the lock change will apply € 70.00.
