THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children. The space Living room floor: large kitchen complete with everything you need to cook independently, living the spaces in absolute comfort, with extractor hood, capsule coffee machine, American coffee, toaster, immersion blender, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer etc..., beautiful two-seater sofa, round table with 3 chairs, 49-inch smart TV, free WiFi connection, large bathroom with bidet and large shower with chromotherapy. Through a characteristic and ancient wooden staircase you go up to the Relaxing night floor: large double bedroom, relaxation lounge with two armchairs, wooden balcony with breathtaking views of the valley, mountains and Lake Como, bathroom with bidet, 50-inch smart TV... all comforts. Garden for exclusive use, complete with table and chairs, solarium with sun loungers and relaxation area. Characteristic space in the woods with outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue. Private wood with three relaxation areas (small waterfall, reading area and relaxation area) Swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor infrared sauna, all for the exclusive use of the only couple hosted at the Borgo. Guest access In addition to the house, guests will have the opportunity to use the garden and the facilities contained therein (swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, barbecue, various relaxation areas...). The property is not suitable for children. Other things to note Our property is in the historic center, in a pedestrian area, so it cannot be reached directly by car. From the municipal parking lots, you need to walk about 200 meters through ancient districts. At our facility, you can also have international or typical breakfasts of the area, which can be enjoyed (after booking them...) either in the garden or in the original tavern located inside the Borgo. You can receive relaxing holistic massages in our wellness area. Although a washing machine is available on site, laundry and ironing services are provided.
