Fisheye9 is your perfect get away on the Great Ocean Road with your family. We cater for pets and all abilities, including wheelchair users. The beach is located 150 metres walk from the property. We are only 90 minutes drive from the iconic Twelve Apostle and located in the Otway National Park making day trips an easy, enjoyable day out. The space Fisheye9, with Ocean Views, is a unique two bedroom cottage accommodation located on the Great Ocean Road. suitable for families and those with pets and perfect for those needing wheelchair accessible. It is a fabulous place for a summer holiday by the beach, only 150 metres walk, or a cosy winter getaway. A fabulous surf and swimming beach, relaxing views of the ocean while enjoying a meal or beverage on the deck or living room. Fisheye9 loves pets and is pet friendly and is completely wheelchair accessible. Fisheye9 is ideally located along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria Australia. This purpose built Disabled Accessible, wheelchair friendly accommodation is just 5 km from Apollo Bay, and the main shopping strip, offering a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Living Area: Ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room. Open plan living area features ocean views, flat screen smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. The deck can be accessed from the living room & is wheelchair accessible. Cooking: Full kitchen, with gas stove, electric oven, microwave & dishwasher. A selection of cooking utensils are provided. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): Queen size bed in the master bedroom with lovely views. Door width - 830 mm Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) Two single beds in a smaller second bedroom. The smaller bedroom with two single beds has limited space for a wheelchair. Linen is provided. (Bottom fitted sheet, top sheet, duvet with cover & pillow cases) Bathroom: Wheelchair accessible, features stepless shower with surround shower curtain and fold down seat or shower stool & rails. Higher toilet in bathroom with rails. (No bath) Door width - 850 mm Towels provided. Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating is available in the living room. The property does not have its own laundry facilities. Please ask host about access to their laundry during your stay or a laundromat is located 5km away in Apollo Bay. Fisheye9 is surrounded by the Otway National Park, with numerous waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking and the Otway Fly. There is an abundance of native birds around the property and occasional visits from koalas. Located 90 minutes from the world famous 12 Apostles, 2 1/2 hours from Melbourne & 3 1/2 hours to the Grampians. Guest access You can arrive at any time from 3 pm onwards as we can make arrangements to let yourselves in. Guests often under estimate how long the trip will take, particularly if stopping to take photos. Other things to note The yard is fenced with a 1 metre high fence. Pets are welcome inside, but please refrain from letting them up on the furniture as much as humanly possible. If you dog sheds a lot of hair it would be appreciated if guests could bring a blanket to cover the couch, The property is designed to be completely wheelchair friendly and accessible. Please let us know about any equipment needs you may have. No laundry facilities inside the property.
