Private swimming pool in beautiful gardens, peaceful setting. Ideal for family holidays all year round. The space The 14th century villa is build over various levels. There is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and own sitting room with a separate entrance downstairs. From the main entrance of the villa you enter the entrance lobby with fire place, writing desk and sofa for relaxation. The fully furnished kitchen with eat-in breakfast area is 3 steps below as well as a large pantry room. To the right of the lobby is a dinning room with a large table for up to 14 guests. Off the dinning room is a large family style bathroom with sauna and shower as well as one double bedroom. To the left of the entrance lobby are stairs leading upstairs. On the top of the stairs to the left is a split level bedroom with two single beds - this room shares the large family bathroom downstairs with the double. To the right off the stairs is the large double living room with library, TV, seating area and office area. There is a large collection of books in various languages as well as board games, children toys and books available for use. Off the living room is a hallway leading to another double bedroom, family master bathroom with shower and bathtub and larger masterbedroom with dressing area. All four double bedrooms are with air-condition, the smaller split level bedroom has fans during the summer months. Outside - large private garden with pool (open May-September), bbq (gas and traditional) and several outside dining spaces. Laundry room with washer, dryer and large fridge/freezer. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the villa as well as the private garden and swimming pool. The pool is open from the mid May until the end of September each year. There is private, off-road parking for guests' cars. Other things to note The house is on several levels like most old tuscan villas, so there is no wheel-chair access to any of the rooms. The local "tourist tax" is €2,00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights. This is to pay separately at the end of the stay. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
