Loft completed in 2016. This building does have an elevator. The ventilation system in this building creates some white noise. It sounds like a light breeze or similar to the breeze from a ceiling fan. 99% of guests don't mind, but this note is for the 1% that might be bothered by something like that. Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him. Now H25 boasts scores of independent restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc... And all just 25 minutes from some of the best skiing imaginable. Just two blocks from the FrontRunner Station that connects to Salt Lake and the SLC Airport. Very walkable downtown.
