The space Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the privacy of a 5 acre pine covered estate or take a short 10 minute drive and find yourself in the heart of downtown Flagstaff for shopping or nightlife. You can enjoy solitude and Flagstaff life with the Pink Ponderosa. Located just minutes from I-40, the property has an isolated atmosphere that belies its easy access to all that Flagstaff has to offer. With a full chef’s kitchen, a dining area, a large living area, a laundry room, a mud room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional sleeper sofa (total accommodations for 12), this house does not need a guest house but has one just 50 yards away. The one bedroom guest house has a kitchen, a living area (with another sleeper sofa) and a private bath. It’s quaint balcony offers a private view overlooking the beautiful pines. A great place to keep additional friends and family close (but not too close ;)). This cozy cottage can comfortably sleep 6 more people. Pink Ponderosa provides the ideal get away for a vacation for the whole family. The master bedroom (aka the Flagstaff Room) and master bathroom are fully accessible with a roll in/walk in shower and easy to reach facilities. The bedroom features a King-sized bed, a smart TV and private access to the patio. The Bearizona room sports a custom-made bunk, with a full-size bed over a queen-size bed, room enough for 4 people or a quiver of kids. The Arboretum Room has a queen-sized bed, private access to the gorgeous patio area and a smart TV of it’s own. Upstairs, with a view that is the best in house, the Snowbowl Room has a King-sized bed, a sleeper sofa, a smart TV, a coffee service, and a private bath with a steam shower. A quiet evening at home is the goal and the feel of the Pink Ponderosa. The patio invites you to sit and enjoy the cool temperatures and the embrace of the pines. A propane grill and a gas fire pit are natural magnets for the family to gather outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy and cup of coffee or a bottle of wine, while the children play in the private playground. Ample seating means that everyone can enjoy the great outdoors together. Inside, you can enjoy the many boardgames that are provided in the mudroom (outside the Flagstaff room) or step into the garage and try your hand at the nostalgic Pacman/Galactica console mounted to the wall, shuffleboard, and ping pong. Need to get away or are you ready for a night out? Pink Ponderosa is located just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and minutes from several hiking trails. A quick drive to downtown will be the perfect solution to your doldrums and it will take only a few minutes. We have even provided a few suggestions for day trips that you won’t want to miss. Guest access The Pink Ponderosa Ranch includes five acres, the full main house, and the full guest house. Other things to note This property is located on a dirt road. Four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed to access it in inclement weather.
