Located in a rural setting with close proximity to beautiful beaches and walking tracks. Kohinui Cottage is a great place for family and friends to get together. Situated in the grounds of Kauri Villas, and adjoining Kohinui Studio. with shared access to the swimming pool and heated spa with breathtaking views overlooking Parua Bay, the Whangarei harbour and unspoiled countryside. NZ native bush walk with waterfall. Enjoy our games room, with billiard table, table tennis & fooseball. The space Our Kohinui Cottage is fully self contained, with a private deck that looks out over the bush & valley. The adjoining 2 bedroom studio can also be booked if you have a larger group of up to 8 guests, and we also have 2 other B&B suites in our main Kauri villa on the property which also sleep up to 8 guests. this makes for the ideal place for your larger family or group. We have a large communal area in our barn games room. Guest access All guests have access to the pool and spa pool. BBQ and laundry available on request. We also have a games room in the barn, which includes billiard table, table tennis & foosball. The walking track through native NZ bush requires medium fitness level . Paddocks with sheep and chickens which guests can feed.
