Cozy villa with outdoor single swimming pool

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is usually used as a private residence with children. The home has a main part that is rented out on Airbnb (ref. ad) and two small studios/apartments where one is rented out on a permanent basis. The main house rented on Airbnb is 280 sqm, with a simple pool, garden, terrace, 2 balconies, trampoline and views over the Drammen Fjord. Perfect for larger groups of up to 10 people. The space The terrace is 180 sqm, with swimming pool, lots of inflatable bath toys for children, inflatable pool for smaller children, seating groups, sun loungers, the sun is there from morning to evening. The sunset from the house and patio is absolutely magical. No matter the season. Guest access Guests have access to the main house, terrace, pool, courtyard and garden and all amenities in the house. However, it is important to specify that the apartments belonging to the house use a parking space, have their own entrance on the other side of the house and have their own small patio that is undisturbed. If there is a need for more beds and I myself am away, it is possible upon request to book the apartment in 1st floor in addition where you have a separate entrance, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is living room/bedroom), toilet and space for 4 more people. Other things to note When renting the main house, it happens that I myself use the apartment on the 1st floor if I am not away. I have two Ragdoll white cats, which I bring with me into the apartment. It may be that they show up for a visit. If someone is allergic to cats, it is important to specify this. Beyond that, they are very social and cuddly. If I am away, I am grateful if the person renting can give the cats water and food.
