The Dell View Suite at the Wilsonville Equestrian Center (WEC) is a unique, spacious getaway in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from Interstate 5 (and dozens of shops and restaurants) and about 30 min from downtown Portland. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate. We are a busy, working equestrian center with two barns and two arenas, offering boarding, lessons and trail rides. Hazardous activities such as moving hay bales and relocating horses are frequent, so although children are welcome, guests under 18 must be with an adult when on the grounds. However, guests are welcome to make arrangements for rides and lessons! Also, all guests will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement upon check in. Let your self in with a keypad coded to the last 4 digits of your phone number. Relax and then come out and walk around and enjoy the peaceful space and chat with the horses. The Suite is a wing of the main estate where the hosts reside; we are busy running the Center, but are often available for texts. We can help with meals if asked in advance. We are about 10 minutes from Tualatin, which has many shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes from I-5 if you want to go downtown Portland. Being just south of Portland, we are also about 30 minutes from very popular Willamette Valley wine destinations. Because we are semi-rural, we are not walking distance from amenities, but you are welcome to Uber--you can get to the transit center to the Max system to Portland in about 10 minutes as well, if you prefer public transit. 1 bathroom is fully ADA. There are no stairs to deal with.
