Access to the lower floor is through a spiral staircase: here there is another bathroom with shower, a living area (two single beds), another kitchen and a double bedroom. From this floor, direct access is provided to the car park and garden with a large and beautiful swimming pool. The villa's equipment includes mosquito nets on all windows, satellite Tv and fans.
