It consists of a large, very bright living room-kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed upstairs and water point, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds on the ground floor, a bathroom shower on the ground floor, separate toilet and a garage for 1 car. The space The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It is located in a high-end residential area "Résidence de Gaulle" in the suburbs of Lille, very close to Lambersart and right on the edge of the countryside, so far from the pollution of the city. Many country paths are accessible for running, cycling or walking. The house is close to 2 bus lines and 1 metro line that will take you to the city center of Lille in 20 min to visit the main square and the districts of old Lille. The urban metropolis of Lille also offers many urban parks around Lille (Parc Mosaic, Parc des Prés du Hem, Parc des Herons, Open Air Museum) An Intermarché and Chronodrive are accessible 500 m away for shopping. You can arrive whenever you want, even late, thanks to a secure key box at the entrance to the house. It's easy to park for free on the sidewalks in front of the house or in the garage, 1 car reserved for you. The house was renovated in 2019. It is perfectly equipped with new appliances (flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, Chromecast, rotating heat oven, microwave, Nespresso, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) The bedding is new and of good quality. Beds are made upon arrival, with cozy duvets and pillows, included in the booking fee. The bathroom is on the ground floor, equipped with a shower and separate from the toilet. I provide a shower and hand towel per person. The house has 2 bedrooms. 1 very large upstairs consisting of a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. 1 small bedroom on the ground floor consisting of 2 bunk beds and a large dressing room. Unfortunately for your dear companion, we do not accept pets to avoid any damage to furniture or any risk of invasion by pests in bedding and carpets. Guest access The accommodation and its terrace are fully available to tenants. You need to take stairs (5 steps) to access the accommodation or to enter from the garage.
