A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra person The space The downstairs is exclusively for my guests. It’s large, open and very comfortable Very clean and I’ve tried to anticipate my guests basic needs. Excellent work/office area for working away from home Guest access Guests have access and a private entrance to the downstairs rooms and livingroom area. Upstairs is private and not for guests use.
