This room has two walls of windows to enjoy breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a nice meal and has an additional table for your needs. From the kitchen, you can walk directly out to the large deck that sits right over the water. There is also a full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a king bed, a lovely sitting area, and wonderful views. There is an additional bedroom with two twin beds. This cottage is freshly painted, clean, and has hardwood floors throughout. All windows have darkening shades if the summer sun gets too bright. The upstairs bedrooms also have additional curtains to block out the morning sun if wanted. Centrally located on Bailey Island with a fantastic location for walking to several points along the Island. The third bedroom is located in a building just across from the cottages front door: This room offers a queen-size bed, a small sitting area, and a lovely deck. It is available to rent for the week for an additional $250. There is no bathroom in that bedroom, however, it is located just steps from the main house. After vacationing at Steamboat Landing, you will surely leave refreshed and relaxed. Please do not block the road or park on the grass. You may park in front of the garage on the right or on the left side of the road near the house.
