Boasting stunning sea views of Devon from car park area (front of main residence) and countryside views of Gower and Brecon from the private, self contained holiday let next door, you will be able to enjoy peace, quiet and time to recharge both inside & outdoors in the spacious garden. The property is walking distance from some beautiful local beaches, Gower's coastal path and a short 15 minute walk to the shop/cafe/eateries. The space The spacious self contained holiday let is equipped for convenient, modern day living. The ample facilities downstairs includes: a bespoke Spanish tiled kitchen with all facilities, a large dining/ living room and separate W.C. Upstairs: a bathroom/shower and two bedrooms: one double and twin. The spacious lounge area overlooks a large patio/garden with modern garden furniture (perfect for al fresco dining) and fantastic vistas across the countryside - a great area to relax after a a day at the beach. Guest access There is off road parking at the front of the property for one car per booking. THE HOLIDAY LET IS ONLY FOR BOOKED GUESTS and no extra visitors/cars are permitted. The holiday let is approximately 10 minutes walk along the coastal road from two local cafes/ shops: Three Cliffs Cafe & Shop and Pobbles Pizzas Take Away. The village of Southgate also has two eateries which serves pub food: The Golf Club and Southgate Club, both can be accessed on foot and are 15/20 minutes stroll along the cliff road from the holiday let. Other things to note Please note that the holiday let is solely for the use of booked guests. No extra visitors are permitted. No dogs or pets allowed. Please note there is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside or outside the holiday let and premises.
