Cozy Mountain House in Monte Verde

Main house in wood/masonry, 170 m2, located on a 2,000 m2 lot, fully fenced with wiring, automatic gate, with four suites available, large living room, full kitchen, toilet. The Gourmet Space, 50 m2, is complete, gas stove, wood stove, pizza oven, duplex refrigerator, hood, barbecue and sink. Access to the house is quiet, including for conventional passenger vehicles. Lots of greenery, many paths, lots of tranquility to enjoy with family and friends. The space The house is a one-story, wood and masonry construction. There are four en-suites, all with private bathrooms, three of which have a normal double bed and a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating 4 people in each suite. The fourth en-suite has a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. 100 Mb fiber optic internet, Smart TV available in suites 1, 2 and 3, gourmet space and living room in three environments: dining, TV and fireplace. We provide electric heaters and hairdryers in the suites. The kitchen has all the appliances normally used, complete dinner sets, complete coffee and tea sets, cutlery, microwave oven, two gas stoves, two duplex refrigerators. Bed, table and bath linens are available. Large enclosed and cozy balconies, with a pool table, reversible for ping pong. The Gourmet Space is extremely cozy, a place where guests usually spend a good part of their time. Quiet, safe and quick access to Monte Verde tourist center, about 1.3 km away Other things to note 1. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor environment, either in the House or in the Gourmet Space. 2. Pets are allowed only small breeds, for a fee. 3. For safety reasons, the fireplace must be handled by adults and the safety screen must always be used to prevent sparks. 4. The pool table must be converted to ping pong by an adult. 5. Heaters must be handled by adults.
