NO VISITORS ALLOWED FROM OUTSIDE COMMUNITY - COMMUNITY RULES NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 UNLESS WITH PARENTS ACCOMPANYING When lying in bed in the master bedroom it feels more like being on a cruise ship then on land. If you leave the door open to the balcony you can listen to the waves crash all night. It's not usual to see pods of dolphins swimming by! Condo is best suited for up to 4 adults and 2 children. On site there is free wifi, cable, a charcoal BBQ pit next to the pool & hot tub and a fire pit on the cliff right over the water. There are plenty of tables and chairs outside near the pool and along the cliff. The condo is two floors: 2 bedroom (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and set of bunk beds) and 2 bathroom on top and kitchen, living, dining room and half bath on bottom. There are four balconies. Keys will be left in a lock box by the door. Right before your trip you will be given a gate code to enter the complex and a code to the lock box for the door keys. Our cleaner lives close by and can help with any needs/requests if they arise. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. I can be flexible with those times depending on if someone else is staying before/after you are there.
