Play some board games by the fireplace, get some work done at the desk, or watch the large smart TV mounted above the mantel in the comfortable and stylish living room. Bake some cookies in the full-size oven, store those restaurant leftovers in the full-size refrigerator, and/or make an entire meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, cook your dinner on the charcoal grill that is available on the private patio overlooking the large, fenced-in backyard while playing fetch with your dog or using a variety of lawn games stored within the unit. The master bedroom has two large closets, a ceiling fan, a king bed, a nightstand, a tall chest, and a mounted smart TV for your use. There is an en suite entrance to the one full bathroom that features a single-sink vanity and large stand-up shower equipped with a removable showerhead and handlebars for handicap assistance. Across the hallway from the bathroom is the spare room that has a closet, a ceiling fan, a full-sized bed, a nightstand, a chest, and a dresser with a standing smart TV. A full-sized washer and dryer is available in the laundry closet off the hallway. A digital thermostat is also located in the hallway that controls the newly replaced A/C unit. At Shades Mountain BnB we aren't just pet-friendly, we love and cater to our four-legged guests almost as much as our two-legged ones! You don't even have to worry about packing the food and water bowls if you would like to use the ones we keep in the unit instead. You will enter the property using your own private driveway with parking spaces for two vehicles near the wooden gate entrance (if you need more parking please inquire with the host). A sidewalk leads through your private backyard to the coded entry lock on the patio door. Hosts live upstairs and are available 24x7 if needed, but contactless check-in and check-out procedures are normally used. The access code will be messaged to the guest no later than 4pm CT on the date of arrival, when unit preparations are complete. Located on the I-459 corridor near Morgan Road (Hwy 52). A car is a must. Mountaintop view from apartment is seasonal when leaves drop from trees. The garage adjacent to the living room is owned by the host's lawn maintenance company. You could potentially hear the loading and unloading of equipment a couple times per week during growing season (no earlier than 8:30am CT). The backyard fence is not escape-proof, especially for tiny dogs. it doesn't have any gaping holes, but a persistent pet could find or make their own way out eventually.
